When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number and link. You can check on your shipping status to know when to expect your order.

 

Can I change my shipping address after I already placed an order?

​Once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please make sure to double check your information prior to placing the order. 

 

My order says it was delivered but I did not receive it? What do I do?

​If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, please contact the carrier service and file a claim. We are not responsible for missing packages after the carrier states it was delivered.

What is your return policy?

At this moment we do not offer returns for our customers. All Sales are Final. However, we want our customers to be beyond happy with their purchase and urge you to use our contact form to reach out regarding a return or any other issues.
